Spaghetti Bolognese

Banana Choc Smoothie

This recipe was the 1st place winner in Jessie Reimer’s wholefood recipe challenge!! We found out we won this morning and my son was literally dancing around the house with excitement. He wanted to stay home from school to ‘celebrate.’ Um, nice try mate!

I was talking to a mum the other day whose kids have Up & Go’s for breakfast! I’m not going to go all judgy mcjudge face, but…… Up & Go have somehow earned themselves a 5 star health rating, um WTF?! This makes people believe they are giving their children a healthy option but this is SO not the case!

My choc banana smoothie recipe tastes like a yummy treat and is quick and easy to make. If my 8 year old can do it, so can you!
